My husband had tried everything at the store and nothing works. Imagine a man at 1.81m tall and weighs only 59kg.
ReplyDeleteI stuffed him with food and ice-cream and he couldnt get any heavier that 60kg. I give up. As long as he's healthy, I dont give a sh*t anymore if people kept on saying he's too thin.
But the hardest part is, I must keep in shape lar. Otherwise I'll look like a baobab tree next to a coconut tree >_<
Anyway, I did my degree in nutrition (but it's been ages I practiced that stuff). Worry not about your physical appearance, as long as you're healthy, your BP is normal, you eat like normal people, then just be grateful that you're given a metabolic rate to die for ;)

it worked for me. i gained 3 kg in one month. but, i stop taking weight gain few months ago, and i'm losing weight AGAIN..and my weight is just the same as before.. hehehe... u need to taking it consistently and continuously if u wanna gain some weights.
ReplyDeleteSaye pernah guna appeton weightgain masa study dulu. Naik jugak berat badan, macam 2 kilo. Pastu statik, tak naik2 dah. Doktor cakap, walaupun ambil bende2camtu, still kene exercise, kalau tak, akan jadi statik lah.
ReplyDeleteSo, kalau ambik appeton, dan pada masa yang sama, buat exercise jugak, so memang boleh naik berat badan. Setakat mana naik tu, tak sure, sebab mission aborted sebab malas nak exercise.
Mak saye cakap, tak payah susah2 makan appeton. Kawin je. Gemuk le tu nanti.

I've used appeton weight gain back when I was stick thin 40kg and I don't think it worked much. The only way to gaining weight is eat like there's no tomorrow and then sleep like a baby afterwards. I had the chance to do that after finishing uni, while I was jobless hehe. eat sleep eat sleep... best! :P

so far i used it,macam tumbesaran stil terbantut dengan isi masih melekat pada tulang atau dipanggil "skinny".huhu.. Guna pun macam makan bertahun je baru nak naik. setakat 2,3bulan tu for me, better telan pil yang golongan angkat besi kot baru leh nampak naik cam sazali samad, wpn even ketul pada lengan sebesar telur ayam gred A.huhu ;p

lastly,exercise wisely n regularly.
boycott diet yang tak sihat..membahayakan kesihatan..sebenarnya dah ada gizi seimbang..tapi kita je tak nak ikut..suka ikut sedap tekak kita je..n tak bersenam..sampai jadi semput(nafas pendek) ish3..istigfar..diriku pun sama T_T
nak tambah berat badan senang je..doit opposite tips. huhu. tapi still pandai jaga kesihatan la...kang dapat penyakit pulak..

i think appeton weight gain is not really works. my bro used to take it but no changes. sama kering jek. what if u amek protein milk je or apa2 yg supply protein (ni apa yg trainer i ckp la. idk) protein is good for muscles building. at least it's better daripada we gain fats kan?

ReplyDeletesenang je kalo nak naikkan berat badan ni... mkn je nasi mcm biasa tp make sure lps jam 8 malam pastu lepak santai n jgn exercise lebih2... kompom cepat je badan tu naik esp. kat perot (read:buncit)... utk kempiskan perot plak, buat sit up every morning lps bangun tido & mlm sebelum tido setakat yg termampu... dont force urself nnt sndiri yg sakit... insyALLAH kalo buat sit up hari2, dlm sebulan da nmpk kesannye n in few months da bley tayang six pack kat perot tu... keh3 ni sume based on my experiences

kalao rajin berexcise, so u build up muscle, maka badan besar la sikit.
or else cuba la teknik bermalas2. tido after makan. (bagi buncit ade la) haha. or makan segala mcm makanan selagi bleh telan. and shud b consistent.
perut kte ni satu organ yg bleh membesar dan mengecik kalau sllu di latih. maka latih la ia dgn mkn byk2 almost everytime!

and yea. do take vitamins! kenapa? sbb vitamin increase ur appetite. so makan byk ;)

tp member i ada kasi tips. try susu yg ahli sukan dok minum. coz member 1 amek susu tu n yes berat die naik. mmg nampak perubahan pd diri die. i pun nak cuba jgk. mana tahu kut2 berhasil kan. 1 tin dlm 2hundred++

ReplyDeletei'm trying to gain weight jugak and so far, tak naik-naik pun! orang always ckp mkn banyak, but the thing u need to remember is NOT to makan banyak kali. because then u'll increase ur metabolism rate and that will burn your calories faster = tak gain weight pun lah! drinking milk is good; gained weight sbb "berat tulang". which is kinda beneficial sbb underweight people are more prone to get osteoporosis compared to others.

appleton tu bagi increase appetite kan? U ni jenis makan byk ke tak? kalau jenis makan banyak tapi badan tak naik2 jugak (jelesnye sayaa!) maybe tak berkesan kot appeton tuh.
ReplyDeleteIntead, try taking protein shakes together with regular meals. Macam herbalife tu. sedap pun sedap. Healthier because u take more protein means more muscle mass instead of gaining more fat layer. Nanti menggelebeh pulak hehe.

ReplyDeletemy x bf penah try wieght gain... resultnye... dia tetap keding sampai sekarang.. i think it depends on ur metabolisme jugak.. or how ur body works... i was once underweight... 46kg with 165cm height... then naik skt2.. pastu dok umah sewa masa study.. masa nak grad i weigh 56... after 1 1/2 months turun till 52... then start keje... 2004 start keje dgn berat 52... now 2009, i weigh 72kg... see... bnyk naik tu... 20 kg divided by 5 years = 4kg per month... wahahaha... u are searching for weight gain... i'm searching for weight loss... huhuhu.. resepi naik i... makan dgn berleluasa pada lewat malam... makan pukul 1 pagi, balik umah tido.. eat out a lot... huhuhuhu... sure naik with all the MSGs dsb... n plus, eat at all the fast food outlet you can find... jgn over sudah... kang berat yg di cari, sakit yg dtg...
