Zalora Malaysia


Haro! I did a photoshoot for Zalora Malaysia few weeks back! I was accompanied by my stylist cum bestfriend, Melle. Eventhough tension awal-awal cari jalan tak jumpa (dah macam laki bini gaduh nak pergi kenduri kahwin berpandukan peta sahaja), bila sampai set semua kembali happy.


They have this HUGE office and were filled with gorgeous clothes at every corner. Even the two racks they had prepared for me and Chuckei for the photoshoot pun, dah rambang mata, apatah lagi if you go through their website.



Amagad I love the shoes! Ini baru sedikit! After this I’ve to spend whole day at their website, gawking at shoeeees! Zalora stock up banyak gila shoes collection from international and local brands, talk about temptations tsk.

I was just happy to be wearing all the pretty clothes. Tapi Melle, sebagai seorang fashion advocate and also writer, menjerit tengok brand-brand yang takde kat Malaysia berkotak-kotak di sekeliling kami, from Steve Madden, Superga, True Religion, Rock & Republic, Christian Siriano for Payless and etc. Dia macam tiba-tiba found the place where she belongs, si budak Law tak sedar diri nih. “After my Law degree, I’m so gonna apply here” hahahaha habis kena pelangkung if your mom reads this.

  15. Hanis, of all the things that you promote in your blog, I find this to be the only one useful, for me at least.

    I've browsed through the website and I think its fantastic!

    Are their stuff cheaper compared to the shops? I suppose it should be right?

    Now, if only you can be my adviser and recommend what to buy. Being so busy means I'm kind out of touch with what's in for men...

  36. Zalora memang terkenal. Clutch lining pun ada. Memang website yang semua ada. Ciri-ciri keusahawanan beginilah yang kita nak pupuk pada masyarakat kita. Cakap pasal keusahawanan, tau tak dalam KSSR Tahun 1 ada aspek keusahawanan? Jeng jeng jeng.. Kalau murid tahun 1 jadi remaja dan dewasa lagi 10 20 tahun akan datang.. Bnyak la usahawan muda... Betul tak cikgu?

  38. worst experience ever shopping with zalora.. took my order.. and konon next day delivery.. after 3 days, still no parcel.. contacted their customer service.. damn inefficient, bagi reply adik i 5 tahun pun boleh jawab.. jawapan skema, we will look into it etc..
    after a week, i dah fed up ask for refund.. still no response from their customer service. call and email both unresponsive. nak jumpa PM Najib pun lagi senang.
    after 12 days, got really pissed, contacted thru their FB, still got the same response.. we will look into the matter.. like sumpah annoying!!
    so the last draw, i email kata nak complain to tribunal pengguna.. and well what do you know... terus call i malam malam apologise bagai, bagi voucher free lagi. as for my order, apparently dah out of stock... first and last .. tak mahu shopping kat zalora.. FashionValet best lagi!

  41. Bad experience here too.After a few days they kept quiet,i thot still in delivery. When i finally contact them they said they need to see the "photograph of the receipt", then only can proceed with my order. ridiculous! i already copy paste the whole transaction details, refno bla bla bla and emailed them right after i made payment. waste of time.next day delivery?big joke.

  43. hoho. ai had bad experience juak. after read ur entry pasal ZALORA, tros ai poie sano, pilih2, order la satu. siap bayar,kasik payment doc sume, tggu sminggu xsampai2 juak.bile email tny pasal item ordered, mintak kembali payment proof. dah kasik seken taim, da smggu xsampai2 juak. baju cantik2, kasut super2, tapi kalo ginih,susah la mau bisnes.huhu.

  44. Yup..me too..bad experience..beli kasut ratus2. .tggu mcm 2 minggu..finally i call..zalora kata dah out of stock..wth.
    Agaknye kalau I x call msti depa buat dunno je.

    Mintak refund..tp dpt refund dlm bentuk credit je. Its means kene beli jgk barang die nak xnak.
    Padahal byr via maybank2u..
    Suppose to be kalau I byr cash, dpt balik cash la kan.

    Dah tu Sbb nk pki credit die I pun beli kasut fesyen sama tp kaler lain.
    dah ukur bagai size die.sampi2 x muat pulak. Malas l nk pulangkan balik sbb dpt pun kotak die dah kemek sana sini. Dlm warranty letter tu kata kalau nk pulangkan kotak kene elok. Gua terkena..haih

    Dah sebulan tgk dok ada lg kasut 'out of stock' tu kat website dia. Sapelah y terkena lps tu x tahulah..

  45. the worst online shopping experience I had! Zalora should change their new tagline to "INDAH KHABAR DARI RUPA".
    I made my purchase on 27th April, until now I receive nothing!
    on 7th May I did asked them on my purchase, they said they need 7-14 days to deliver because the stock in Thailand. Then yesterday I tanya lagi they said payment proof x masuk mailbox whatsoever sedangkan my payment is via their direct debit (e-payment) system. 23 days already and I have a feeling that I wont get my purchase or cash refund at all. Tribunal Tuntutan Pengguna is my next stop.

  46. hm, saya pun dapat bad experience. saya beli kasut. dah order 26hb last month. dah tanya live chat, email, semua dah buat, mula2 ckp 1-3 working days baru smpi. lepas 4 hari saya tanya lg, diorg ckp 3-4 days. okay saya tunggu lagi, sampai ke sudah tak sampai2, saya tanya lagi, saya mintak tracking number, diorg bagi, tapi yg first ckp track kat GDex. lepas tu saya check, no record utk tracking numbers tu. lepas tu mcm biasa saya tanya lagi sbb takde dlm rekod, so dia ckp POSLAJU, org lain pulak yg handle saya masa tu, saya try track lg guna poslaju pulak, samalah no record jugak. sampai ke hari ini saya tak dpt lagi kasut saya yg saya dah bayar tu. saya masih tanya lg bila nak sampai sbb dah lama sgt. takde respond dah sbb diorg ckp diorg akan check order and email the status. so sekarang saya masih menunggu.

  47. 26.7.12. - I just returned a box of shoes from Zalora as they sent me the wrong item for the 2nd time!! I buat order pada 11.7.12. I got the item 3 days later on the 14.7.12. So excited to get my shoes, when I opened it 'ehh this is not the item that I ordered' Terus I called customer service diaorg. Spoke to her nicely saying I got the wrong item and she said its on a Sunday. We will get back to you first thing in the morning on Monday. So I waited up to 1++pm no calls from them. I called back. It seemed that the lady never pass my complaint. Ok never mind. I started all over again with this new person. the whole conversation I keep on mentioning about the item code I ordered so they won't get it wrong the 2nd time. And he said you shall receive your package somewhat next week as they need to re-order the stock and this and that. They never mention about the item not in stock the whole time. I said fine. I waited. The following week still haven't gotten my shoes so I called to ask what happen?? I got so mad when I had to repeat it all over again! It seemed that instead of sending me the shoes they are giving me store credit again! Which I don't want. So I told them I want the shoes! It's so frustrating. I don't want another headache having store credit and re do it all over again. And this person said no problem. You shall receive your item in 2 days. Well, I got it today first thing in the morning but guess what? They sent me the wrong one! The same wrong one they sent the last time! Imagine how furious I am after had spoken to them on the phone for several times. Called them again this time in a high tone asking for my full refund in cash! Let see if they bank in within 5-6 days or else this thing will go public! Buying things online is suppose to be hassle free not giving more hassle to your customer which Zalora just proved it to me. I didn't get any trouble when I shopped at overseas site. Zalora Malaysia sucks big time!!! Try to avoid them if you can. I know I will not go back to them neither do our friends and families.

  49. zalora pnya service is now better.. logically, mmg byak order yg zalora accpt, and dlm byak2 tu msti x lari dari msalah.. klau risau sgt, use COD... btw, ni voucher for first time user, pkai lahh voucher ni, dpat diskaun 15%, ZBAP1PT.. -shopaholic
