Tegap bertenaga

Perempuan tak suka bersenam sebab:

a)Letih. Yelah dah tak suka bersenam memanglah rasa letih, sebab tak build stamina.
b)Takde masa. Makan ada masa, gossip ada masa, Facebook ada masa.
c)Berpeluh. Nanti rambut kang selekeh, mekap cair, kalut. Lupa yang fungsi utama bersenam memang untuk berpeluh.
d)Tidak tahu cara. Nak yoga kena ada cikgu, nak build muscle kena ada trainer. Ish, susahlah!
e)Dah perasan hot. Okay apa body camni, barulah perempuan. Lembik-lembik sikit, lemak-lemak sikit.


That was me. Semua di atas itu was me. Dulu. Sebelum Allah pertemukan dengan jogging and healthy lifestyle buddy. Thank you :')


Sekarang suka nak berpeluh. Kalau bosan, pergi jogging kat tasik. Kalau stress, pusing tasik 2-3kali. Nak spend time, pusing satu kawasan perumahan singgah 7 Eleven beli ice cream dan Slurpee. Nak make life decision, ditch the car and take a night walk.


My life has changed. Positively.

  38. bagus sgt tu suka jogging. utk kesihatan dan kecantikn. perempuan yang aktif bagus sebab mental akan jadi lebih kuat dan otak lebih senang nak buat keputusan yang bagus.
    so,,,teruskan la dengan aktiviti berjogging yek..some people says, perempuan yang berpeluh lebih seksi.

  41. tapi Hanis, I selalu rasa nak start jogging lah pagi esok..berkobar-kobar. tapi bila esok, malas. then the next day pun sama..berkobar-kobar lepas tu tak jadi. haha..but once we start,mesti addicted nk buat lagi. the point is macam mana nk start ni..??.hehe..

  42. me too...but now I've changed, i go to gym 6days/week n spent about 2 hrs per day..eventhough i am superbusy with my study work load...
